It’s business time…
2 shows last week, another one next week, and another one after that. It must be Spring!
Thanks to all who showed up at the Dixie for Fat Tuesday. We had a great time for our first time in a new club- thanks for making us feel welcome.
Friday at the Lion didn’t disappoint. The crowd may not have been as thick as Saturday, but sometimes it’s more about quality than quantity. We’re back on Friday the 20th, so let’s fill ‘er up, m’kay people?

Dear 2008…
Hey 2008, sorry to have had to kick your ass so absolutely and completely, but we’re on to newer, bigger and better things. As you’ll see below, you’ve got nothing on 2009. Only 3 days in and these people are out-of-freaking-control. Just look at them! Imagine what February’s going to be like. I’m wearing a helmet and getting my vaccinations ahead of time.
Oh, and to the guy who got escorted off the stage by security- sorry about that. But when you start falling into stuff and turning amps down in the middle of songs we gotta do what we gotta do. We hope you made it home safe and sound.

4 cute and innocent girls pose for a picture. But then, from their right flank comes a Joss Stone lookalike hell bent on being the center of attention. Hilarity and mortification ensue…

It was nice to be back at The Lion for a hard rocking Saturday night. School’s back in session (in more ways than one), so the place was packed to the gills all night long. You know it’s gonna be a good night when the dance floor is full from song 1. Yeah, a few technical issues, but 3 sets and 2 encores later my ears are still ringing. And it’s Monday. Yes, I’ve been asleep for 30 hours.
Thanks for the tab Evan! It was all your fault.

Somebody get me some WATER!
Last night was the 50th annual (not really, but I lost count) Red Baron Dog Fights. Kevin Miller and friends put on an amazing event as usual. 100 degree heat didn’t stop us from making things a little hotter (seriously, those amps get HOT) in Damascus, Oregon. I’m not sure what happened after we left, but if what happened while we were there was any indication everyone’s either still at it, or still sleeping. I’m doing neither. I’m typing. And uploading a million pictures to the (now working) photo gallery page.
