The Remasters

Portland, Oregon’s premier rock cover band.

Help us pick new songs!

We’re in the process of learning new material for the Summer season. If you’ve got something you really want to hear (just remember, we’re a guitar rock band), just go ahead and add a comment to this post. It’s that easy! Assuming this thing actually works.

    Drive My Car – Beatles
    Whole Lotta Love – Zep
    Funk #49 – James Gang
    Mississippi Queen – Mountain
Sookie Sookie – Steppenwolf (1st album)

These are all great dance songs from late ’60′s & early ’70′s, and go over well in clubs. If you’re interested, I’ve written them out as chord charts in Word and will send them up. Ciao… BGR

Funny Bruce, we’ve been opening with Pump It Up lately. Jimmy said it sounded great Saturday, but Adam’s been poo poo’ing it. I’ll make sure he sees this.

You should post your repertoire somewhere in this site, perhaps list songs by decade or artist. BGR

Hey. I heard a band doing Greg Kihn’s “The Break Up Song” the other night and it went over really well. How about a couple of Tom Petty songs, like “Last Dance With Mary Jane” or “American Girl” etc.
